Concert/Rally: Westlake Park (401 Pine St.)
Time: 11:00 am

The Seattle Human Rights Torch Relay will feature a torch walk, concert and rally. The Torch Walk will start at Hinghay Park ending at Westlake where there will be a concert and rally featuring the following speakers and performers: speeches by Larry Dhors, President of Seattle Burma Roundtable; Sophie Liu, Falun Gong practitioner tortured in China; Jamp Thubten, former Tibetan monk. The concert will feature Artis the Spoonman (formerly performed with Soundgarden), J-Minus and guests.
